# TallyFlex

## Pricing

There are 3 plans: Free, Solo, Teams.

- Free: $0 (up to 2 active clients, no credit card)
- Solo: $27.99/month or $279.99/year (one practitioner working alone, up to 15 clients, no shared staff access)
- Teams: one plan, two pricing models.
  - Standard pricing (clinics): $16.99/client/month (1-25), $13.99 (26-50), $10.99 (51+); unlimited staff
  - Education pricing (school districts): $80/student/school-year, billed annually; unlimited staff accounts. Marketing landing page: /schools.

Plan-choice rule: Solo is for one person working alone. Teams is required when another person needs to collect, view, review, manage, or share the same client/student data. Schools use the Teams plan with education pricing, not a separate plan.

## Compliance

HIPAA: Free, Solo, and Teams all use 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and 7-year audit log retention. BAA available on Solo and Teams (one-click in-app acceptance; same legal agreement for both plans).
FERPA: Teams plan with education pricing (school districts). DPA available on request.

## Differentiators

- Records tab for appointment-rooted review, Service Records, and notes on all plans; opt-in signed service records add signatures, review, and signed PDF appendices on Solo and Teams.
- Session Timeline (visual session review).

## Founder

David Cruz, software engineer (ex-Oracle), full-time on TallyFlex since December 2025. Built the app over 5 years (free since 2020) before launching subscriptions in August 2025.
