What's included in the Solo plan?
The Solo plan is designed for individual practitioners managing up to 15 clients. It includes advanced data collection, ABC tracking, target setting, detailed reports, and priority support.
How does Teams billing work?
Teams uses simple volume pricing: one rate for all active clients, based on your total active count.
- 1-25: $16.99 each / month
- 26-50: $13.99 each / month
- 51+: $10.99 each / month
Example: 40 clients → 40 × $13.99 / month. Unlimited team members included; all Solo features included.
What counts as an "active client" in the Teams plan?
An active client is any client in your app with active status. You're billed based on the number of active client seats you've purchased. You can archive clients you're not actively working with to free up seats, and reactivate them when needed.
Are there any setup or cancellation fees?
No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts. You only pay for what you use, and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a minimum commitment for Teams plans?
Teams plans require a minimum of 8 active clients. You can add or archive clients anytime to manage your active seats above this minimum.
