What is TallyFlex?
TallyFlex is a self-serve behavior data collection app for school teams. Special education teachers, paraprofessionals, BCBAs, and behavior specialists use it to track student behavior on Chromebooks, phones, and tablets - including offline. It replaces paper data sheets, binders, and spreadsheets.
Is Schools a separate plan?
No. Schools use the normal TallyFlex Teams plan with education pricing - $80/student/school-year, billed annually. Same Teams features, same unlimited staff accounts, one annual invoice, and a DPA on request when the school needs one.
How does billing work?
$80/student/school-year, billed annually. Unlimited staff accounts included. You can add or remove students as needed. We accept purchase orders and institutional payment methods.
Can we start before everything is approved?
Yes. Start a Teams trial and test the workflow with the Demo Client or sample student data. When your school is ready, request education pricing and we can help with Net 30, DPA paperwork, or a quote packet.
Is there a minimum number of students?
The minimum is 3 students. Whether you have 3 students or 500, the pricing is the same: $80/student/school-year, billed annually.
Is TallyFlex FERPA compliant?
TallyFlex supports FERPA review with 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and 7-year audit log retention. Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) are available on request for schools using Teams with education pricing.
What training does staff need?
Most staff can learn the app workflow in their first session. TallyFlex uses one-tap entry, visual timers, and built-in instructions for every recording method. Staff should still follow district procedures, IEP/BIP training, and supervisor-defined data-collection expectations.
Can we integrate with our IEP system?
TallyFlex generates PDF reports with graphs and summaries, plus Excel and CSV exports for systems that need spreadsheet data.
