What does Solo actually cost?

When should I choose Teams instead of Solo?
Solo caps at 15 active clients, but client count is not the only line. If another person needs to collect, view, review, manage, or share the same client data, choose Teams even if you have fewer than 15 clients. Teams starts at $16.99/client/month for 1-25 clients, drops to $13.99 at 26+ and $10.99 at 51+, and adds unlimited staff accounts, role-based permissions, and real-time RBT oversight.
Can I sign a BAA on Solo?
Yes. Solo has the same Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as Teams, accepted in-app when you're ready to begin storing PHI. Solo also includes encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and 7-year audit logs.
How do I switch from Catalyst, Motivity, or Theralytics?
Most solo BCBAs move client by client over a week or two. Set up your first client in TallyFlex, run a session, and generate a report. Confirm the workflow holds. Then add the rest of your caseload. Export historical data from your old tool for your records before you cancel - TallyFlex does not import third-party historical data, but your old report archives can travel with you.
Can I generate reports for parents and stakeholders?
Yes. Select a date range and the Generate Report menu produces a PDF with progress graphs, trend statistics, session counts, and an executive summary. Excel and CSV exports of the same report data are available from the same paid report flow. Use the PDF for IEP meetings, caregiver updates, and clinical review.
