Caregiver acknowledgement appears only when the signed-record workflow applies.
Providers can finalize the record or submit it for team review, depending on team settings.
Finalized or approved signed records can include a Signatures appendix in the PDF export.

What changed from Sessions to Records?
Active data collection still happens in sessions. The client history view is now Records, so appointment notes, completed sessions, missed or canceled appointments, and signature states can live in one review flow.
Are signatures available on Free?
Records without signatures are available on Free. Signed service-record actions are available on Solo and Teams.
Does a signed PDF replace the normal record export?
No. The signed export is the normal single-record PDF with an added Signatures appendix when the record is eligible.
