Start a Session

Tap any appointment to open its details, then tap Start Session.

The session links to the appointment automatically.

Start Session appears when an appointment is within 1 hour of its scheduled time.


Calendar Icons

IconStatus
Ongoing
Completed
Missed (auto-marked 2 hours after scheduled time)

Scheduled appointments show no icon. Past appointments appear in a lighter shade of the client’s color, while upcoming ones use the darker shade.


Other Actions

Depending on the appointment status:

  • Go to Session - Continue an ongoing session
  • View Session - Review completed session data
  • ✏️ Edit / ✕ Cancel / 🗑 Delete - Use the icons in the header
