Multi-Client Sessions
Manage up to 10 clients simultaneously and collaborate with team members on active sessions.
Overview
TallyFlex sessions flex to your workflow - manage up to 10 clients at once, and collaborate with team members on any active session.
Starting Sessions
Select multiple clients from your caseload to start sessions for all of them at once.

- Select up to 10 clients from your list
- Tap Start Sessions when it appears
JOIN and NEW Indicators
When selecting clients, TallyFlex shows what will happen:
- JOIN - A team member has an active session. You’ll join it automatically.
- NEW - No active session exists. A new session will be created.
A client can only have one active session at a time. If one exists, you join it.
Switching Between Clients
Tap any client to switch instantly. Running timers continue in the background.

Collaborating on Sessions
Note: Requires Teams subscription.
Multiple practitioners can collect data on the same client simultaneously. Join an active session from the client profile or through the multi-client selection flow.

Data Attribution
All data is attributed to the session owner (the person who started the session). Your team can coordinate who collects what - one person takes frequency data while the other adds notes, or both track different targets.
Handoffs
Any team member can end a collaborative session. This allows for handoffs - a teacher might start a session in the morning and a colleague might end it later.
Ending Sessions
Tap Stop in the top bar. A dialog lets you choose:
- End [client name]‘s Session - Ends only the current client’s session
- End All Sessions - Ends all active sessions at once
