Inviting Team Members
Add BCBAs, RBTs, teachers, and staff to your team and assign roles.

Add Staff to Your Team
Requires: Owner or Admin role
Invite unlimited team members by email. Each person receives a link to join your team.

Sending an Invitation
- Tap the team icon to open Team Management
- Tap Invite
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (see below)
- Tap Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email immediately. Invitations expire after 7 days.
Choosing a Role
Select the appropriate role based on responsibilities:
| Role | Clinical | School | Key Permissions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin | Clinical director | Special ed coordinator | Manage team, create clients |
| Supervisor | BCBA | Behavior specialist, psychologist | Edit programs, grant access |
| Therapist | RBT | Teacher, paraprofessional | Collect data on assigned clients |
Tip: Start with Therapist for most staff. You can upgrade to Supervisor later.
Pending Invitations
Track outstanding invitations in Team Management:
- Pending — Invitation sent, not yet accepted
- Resend — Send the invitation again
- Revoke — Cancel before they join

After They Join
New team members need client access before they can work:
- Open the client profile
- Tap the gear icon → Manage Access
- Grant access at the appropriate level
