Session History

Session history now lives in Records, where you can review appointment records, notes, and service records.

Session history now lives inside the client Records tab. Use Records to review completed sessions, appointment notes, missed or canceled appointments, records that need an outcome, and records that need signature or review steps.

The old Session History page has been replaced by the Records workflow. See Records for the current steps.


What Changed?

  • Active data collection still happens in sessions.
  • Review after the appointment now happens in Records.
  • Completed sessions open as Service Records when you need notes, linked data, exports, signatures, or review steps.
  • Completed appointments can also show View Record from the schedule details screen.

If a completed record was created by mistake, open the Service Record and follow Delete or Clear a Service Record.
