Session Summary
Review session data, edit counts, adjust session times, and add clinical notes after completing a session.
Session Summary
After stopping a session, the summary screen shows all collected data. Your session auto-saves and syncs in real-time-this screen is for review and adjustments.
Completed sessions can be found later from the client’s Records tab.

Data Review
Totals and Metrics
Each behavior and skill displays:
- Count or value - Total occurrences or measurements
- Calculated metrics - Rates, percentages, averages, durations
- Recording method - Icon indicating the data type
Tap any target to view detailed data or make edits.
Timeline View
See when each behavior was recorded throughout the session:
- Visual distribution of events over time
- Identify patterns and clusters
- Review exact timestamps
Editing Session Data
Adjust Data Counts
Made a mistake during collection? Fix it here:
- Tap the target you want to edit
- Modify the count or value
- Tap Save
Edit Session Times
Forgot to start or stop on time?
- Tap Edit Time
- Adjust start and/or end time
- Tap Save
This recalculates rate-based metrics automatically.
Mood Rating
Record the client’s overall mood during the session. Useful for correlating behavior patterns with emotional state.
Tap the mood section to select a rating.
Clinical Notes
Add clinical observations after reviewing the data:
- Tap Clinical Notes
- Type your observations
- Tap Save Notes
Important: Notes are NOT auto-saved as you type. Always tap Save.
Use notes for:
- Session observations not captured during collection
- Environmental factors
- Progress notes
- Recommendations for next session
Export Options
Download session data for records or sharing:
- Tap the download icon to export
- Choose format (CSV, Excel, PDF)
- Select what to include (notes, timeline)

If your account uses signed service records, complete the required signature or review steps before exporting the signed PDF appendix. See Signed Service Records.
Remove Accidental Records
Use deletion only when a completed service record should not remain in the client’s history, such as an accidental start, duplicate record, or test entry. See Delete or Clear a Service Record for the full workflow.
