Daily Points
Set up a daily point card, enter ratings throughout the school day, and review progress over time.
Daily Points turns a familiar school point card into a shared workflow. Staff can enter ratings throughout the day, review the complete card, and see progress without passing paper between classrooms.
Turn on Daily Points for the team
Open Team Settings → Features and turn on Daily Points.
Set up expectations, periods, and rating descriptions
From the student profile, open the gear menu and choose Daily Points setup. Set up:
- Expectations: One to five expectations used across the day.
- Guidance: A short reminder that helps staff apply an expectation consistently.
- Related trackers: Up to five trackers that can add context while rating a period.
- Periods: One to eight non-overlapping parts of the day.
- Rating descriptions: What 2, 1, and 0 mean for your point card.
Setup changes do not rewrite days that already contain ratings.
Review today from the student overview
The student overview shows today’s expectations by period. Select a period to review or edit it.
Record 0, 1, 2, or N
Choose the period, then apply the school’s rating guide to each expectation:
- N means the expectation was intentionally not measured for that period. It adds no earned or possible points.
- Blank means the expected rating is still missing.
Use tracker evidence as context, not a score
Related trackers can show period-specific observations, such as event counts or Task Analysis steps. They add context while the staff member applies the point-card rubric.
Record points during an active session
During a session, open Points beside Notes and ABC. On compact layouts, open the session menu and choose Daily Points.
The Points panel and the Today card update the same daily record. Staff can also enter ratings when no session is running.
Review progress in Analysis
Open Analysis → Daily Points and choose a date range of up to 12 weeks.
Use Combined for overall progress or By expectation to compare selected expectations. Gaps keep incomplete or not-measured days from looking like scored days.
Daily scores lists each recorded date, expectation percentages, Overall, and completion status. Select a row to review or correct that day.
